Before we start

1. 24 hours

   You write

   I reply within 24 hours.

   From you: What you make, who it is for and when it needs to be live.

2. 30 to 45 min

   We talk

   If I am not the right person for the job, I say so right away.

   From you: Whoever will make the decision, on the call.

3. 2 days

   I send a quote

   One page, written for your project rather than from a template: what I will do, what it costs and what it does not include. It holds for 30 days.

   From you: A yes, a no or a question.

4. Signing and half up front

   The rest of the fee is due before your website goes live.

   From you: Your name on the contract and the first payment.
